Aysha joined Bentley Sterling & Co Solicitors in early 2019. She is a qualified Solicitor with a wealth of experience and expertise in a wide range of areas.

Aysha qualified at a busy yet popular Solicitors firm in West London. She initially worked in the Conveyancing department and successfully dealt with matters relating to residential and commercial properties. Her exemplary track record in this department ensured that she was also given the responsibility of developing, training and managing the firms Employment and Immigration departments. Her energy, diligence and strong work ethic meant that all three departments within the firm worked at optimum levels in a short period of time and enjoyed a significant period of success under her supervision. During this time Aysha also successfully maintained a large caseload in the aforementioned areas of law.

Aysha’s ability to adapt and learn new areas of law has been displayed once more in that she has now quickly built up a large personal injury caseload at Bentley Sterling & Co Solicitors. Her strong negotiation skills, interpersonal skills and multilingual abilities (fluent in Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi) have also made her a favourite with the firm’s various stakeholders and clients.

Aysha is currently a member of her local community mosque and a part-time Arabic teacher to children in Key Stage 1 and 2. She has a keen interest in travelling and thus far has been to the USA, Mauritius, France, Pakistan and Netherlands. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends. A certified bookworm, her favourites include Jean Sasson’s Princess, Daughters of Arabia and Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice.
